Original single-pane and early double-pane windows were never built for how cold this region gets, especially with the open exposure many Vaughan and Woodbridge properties have. We install triple-pane, Low-E windows rated for our climate zone, a meaningfully higher standard than the double-pane glass still sold as a base option elsewhere.
Homeowners typically notice the difference within the first cold snap: rooms hold their temperature longer, and the furnace runs less often to make up for it. Most triple-pane upgrades also qualify for federal and provincial efficiency rebates, which we can help you apply for once the install is complete.

We install steel and fiberglass entry systems with foam-insulated cores and multi-point locking hardware standard, along with wide patio and sliding glass doors built for daily traffic. Glass inserts and finishes are chosen to match your home’s style, whether that’s a Woodbridge estate or a Thornhill new build.
Every door is fitted on site rather than forced into an existing frame, then sealed against drafts before the crew leaves. Most of our entry doors are smart-lock compatible right out of the box, without an adapter kit.
